Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Management of projects from design, through quotation and delivery to handover acceptance, within financial budget set for the project and timetable agreed with the customer.
Preparation of quotations and submission in accordance with technical information provided by the customer, in line with company procedures relating to pricing, documentation and authorisation and timescales agreed with the customer.
The provision of appropriate and complete information to field engineering staff and sub-contractors in order that they can efficiently perform the work expected of them.
Enhancement of the relationship between our client and its customers/contractors by performing all responsibilities in a professional, diligent, efficient and timely manner, by maintaining and taking ownership of site-specific relationships and opportunities to promote potential sales of Adam products through relationships with customers and contractors. Maintenance of all project documentation in accordance with ISO 9001-2000-based company procedures. Operation of the company’s procedures, particularly with regard to sales orders, purchases, movements of goods inwards and outwards, invoicing (including liaison with the finance and administration departments to ensure full information is provided for prompt invoicing of completed work) and time-recording. Purchasing of goods specific for projects as required and with a view to the efficient financial management of the business. Contribution to the Company’s profitability via the efficient handling of projects and, ad-hoc projects for internal purposes as required from time to time. Essential Requirements
Salary Band 35k – 45k Plus Car all depending on current experience
